It combines a solar-blind Silicon Carbide (SiC) photodiode with a PTFE-sealed housing, ensuring long-term operation in chemically aggressive or saline water.
Engineered for the germicidal UV-C range (230 – 280 nm), it continuously measures the radiant intensity of low-pressure mercury or UV-LED lamps.
The PTFE body provides exceptional chemical resistance, while the UV-grade quartz window ensures high optical transmission and protection against fouling.
Factory-calibrated and traceable to NIST / PTB standards, the UV-Water-PTFE guarantees accuracy, repeatability, and regulatory compliance in drinking-water, wastewater, and process-water disinfection systems.
