The SG03R10-5 is a Silicon Carbide (SiC)-based broadband UV photodiode optimised for detecting UVA, UVB, UVC, and vacuum ultraviolet (VUV) radiation. With a compact 0.5 mm² active area, it delivers fast response times and reliable integration into portable and embedded UV monitoring systems. Covering the full UV range from 200–400 nm and extending into the VUV spectrum, it provides high sensitivity for a wide variety of industrial, environmental, and research applications. The SG03R10-5 offers peak responsivity of 0.10 A/W in the deep-UV region, ultra-low dark current (0.1 fA), and low capacitance (50 pF), ensuring clean, stable, and noise-free signals. Its Silicon Carbide construction guarantees complete visible blindness, eliminating interference from visible and infrared light for pure UV-only measurements.
