Featuring peak responsivity of 0.10 A/W in the deep-UV region, ultra-low dark current (0.1 fA), and capacitance of just 50 pF, the SG03R05-5 ensures noise-free, stable signals and rapid responsiveness. Its Silicon Carbide construction guarantees complete visible blindness, eliminating interference from visible and IR wavelengths for accurate UV-only detection.
