The TOCON_UVI from SGLUX GmbH is a factory-calibrated UV Index (Erythema-weighted) sensor designed for accurate and reliable monitoring of solar ultraviolet radiation.
It combines a Silicon Carbide (SiC) photodiode, CIE erythema action spectrum filter, and integrated transimpedance amplifier within a compact, hermetically sealed TOCON housing.
This configuration delivers a 0–5 V DC linear output, directly proportional to the UV Index (UVI), eliminating the need for external amplification or complex calibration.
The TOCON_UVI ensures excellent solar blindness (>10¹⁰), long-term stability, and consistent accuracy in outdoor environments.
With traceable calibration (NIST/PTB) and low power consumption, it is ideal for meteorological stations, smart city UV displays, wearable devices, and public health safety systems.
