The SENSOR MONITOR 5.0 is an intelligent multi-channel UV monitoring and display unit designed to visualise, record, and control UV sensor data in real time.
Developed by SGLUX, it supports up to four calibrated detector heads for UVC, UVB, UVA, or VIS measurements simultaneously.
Each channel features automatic range switching, digital filtering, and temperature compensation to ensure traceable and drift-free performance.
A bright 5-inch colour TFT display presents irradiance, dose, and trend graphs with user-defined thresholds and alarms.
Communication options include USB, RS-485 (Modbus RTU), Ethernet, and 0–10 V analogue outputs, enabling integration with external control systems.
Rugged, compact, and pre-calibrated to NIST/PTB standards, the SENSOR MONITOR 5.0 delivers precise UV process control for industrial curing, sterilisation validation, and laboratory calibration environments.

The SENSOR MONITOR 5.0 serves as a universal readout and control platform for UV detectors and radiometric sensors.
It continuously samples each connected photodiode or probe, converting photocurrent into digital irradiance values (W/m²) and cumulative dose (mJ/cm²).
Users can configure limits, logging intervals, and output modes through an intuitive touchscreen interface or via PC software.
When combined with SGLUX photodiodes, AMPCON amplifiers, and VOLTCON controllers, it forms a complete closed-loop system for UV monitoring and feedback.
With multi-channel scalability, traceable calibration, and network connectivity, it is the preferred interface for both process engineers and research scientists.
