The TOCON_BLUE4 utilises a Gallium Phosphide (GaP) photodiode designed to precisely detect blue-light wavelengths (~440 nm) while rejecting infrared and red-light interference.

The sensor includes an internal low-noise transimpedance amplifier that delivers a linear 0–5 V output, eliminating the need for external amplification.
